Arkansas Forests & Drinking Water Forum #2

Arkansas’ Forest and Drinking Water Steering Committee hosted the second Statewide Forum on Forestry and Drinking Water on November 7 and 8, 2017 at the DeGray Resort State Park near Bismarck, Arkansas.

 

A total of 65 professionals came together for a day and a half of learning, networking and brainstorming regarding how to advance the groups vision of “Healthy Managed Forests and Clean Drinking Water”. Participants in the forum included private forest land owners, forest industry professionals, drinking water utility managers, conservation organizations, state and federal foresters, and state natural resource management agency personnel.
